Return and Exchange Policy 

Returns Window and Eligibility
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories. Certain items are not eligible for return, including some perishables, customized items, products with health or hygiene risks once opened, and specific digital items. Items marked “final sale” are not returnable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@sol717.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.

  2. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label issued through our fulfillment partner (Amazon FBA).

  3. Pack the item securely with all original parts and packaging, then ship using the label provided.

Who Pays Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free.

  • If returning for any other reason, return shipping may be deducted from your refund for heavy/bulky items or if you choose an upgraded return method.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center.

  • Please allow time for transit and processing. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after inspection, though total timelines can be up to 30 days depending on carrier transit and your payment provider.

  • If parts are missing or the item shows use or damage not due to shipping, a partial refund may apply.

Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, place a new order for the desired item and return the original using the process above. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund your original order.

Special Categories

  • Electronics or items with stored data: remove personal data before returning.

  • Health/hygiene products (for example, items worn against the skin): must be unopened and in original packaging unless defective.

  • Customized/personalized items: generally not returnable unless defective or materially different from what was ordered.

Incorrect or Unexpected Returns
If we receive the wrong item or items from a different order in the same box, it may delay processing. Contact us if you believe you returned the wrong item by mistake.

Where Returns Are Processed
We use Amazon’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) network to process returns for orders placed on our website. Approved returns are shipped back to an Amazon fulfillment center for inspection and refund processing.
